- How Changing Beliefs could Change my Life?
  • As you know, the Belief is a Magnet within you; if you've a belief called "I'm a Failure" you'll probably Attract Failure everywhere you go! Every Experience would be a Failure, you'll attract Failure People, you'll see Life as a Failure place.
  • But when you Change this Belief into "I'm Successful" completely the Opposite will happen! You'll Attract Success everywhere you go, every Experience would be a Success, you'll attract Successful People, you'll see Life as a Place for Success.

- How many Rounds of EFT do I need to Release a Negative Belief?
  • Basically (3) Rounds are Enough, or it depends.

- How many Rounds of EFT do I need to Implant a Positive Belief?
  • Basically (3) Rounds are Enough, or it depends.

- How would I Know if the Negative Belief is Released?
  • Your "Feeling" is your Guide! When the Negative Belief is Released, you'd feel "Free" of it.

- How would I Know if the Positive Belief is Implanted?
  • Your "Feeling" is your Guide! When the Positive Belief is Implanted, you'd feel "Comfortable" with it.

- Why after I Change a Belief immediately, I feel the Effectiveness of the Belief, but after awhile this feeling is  Gone?
  • It's true, for example, if you changed a belies into "I'm Happy" you may instantly feel Intense Happiness, but after awhile, everything is back to normal;
  • This is a Sign shows that the Belief has Changed Successfully;
  • And of course this New Positive Belief is Working and Will Continue working Properly.

- Why EFT?
  • Easy to Learn and gives Great Results.

- What if i'm not sure whether the Negative Belief Exists within my Mind or not?
  • Just Suppose the Negative belief Exists, and then Release it.

- I there an Easy and Quick way to Change Lots of beliefs in Less Time?
  • Sure! During your working with EFT, you'll find some Specific Point which is very effective in releasing a negative belief or a negative emotion. 
  • Now you can tap only on this point when you release a negative belief, or to implant a positive belief, and to ignore all other tapping points! This way you can save your effort and time.

- Why is it some times working with EFT ineffective when Changing a Belief?
  • It Happens, maybe because you did something from the following:
    • Practiced EFT in a Closed Room, with No Fresh Air.
    • You've Eaten something has lots of Sugar.
    • Any Fragrance may affect EFT work.
    • Practicing EFT in front of your Computer or TV turned on, may have a negative effect either.

- After I've Changed a Belief, is it possible that the old Negative Belief comes back again?
  • Once you've Changed your old negative belief into a new Positive one, it's Permanent!

- What is the difference between Affirmations and Beliefs?
  • Affirmation: is a phrase which you repeat it over and over to remind your mind of something; and it's Temporary, as long as you stop saying it, it's forgotten.
  • Belief: is a phrase Implanted in your mind and works automatically without you try to remember it; and it's Permanent, once you've implanted it, you don't need to worry about it again.

- What's the relationship between Beliefs and Destiny?
  • Beliefs are your Destiny!
  • Beliefs shaped the exact kind of life you've lived in the past, shaping the one you're living now, and will shape the one you'll live in the future.
